Nail Maker Fails To Block Target In Anti-Dumping Suit

Law360, New York (October 11, 2010, 12:46 PM EDT) -- Giving a leg up to Target Corp., a federal judge has declined to award a preliminary injunction to Mid Continent Nail Corp., which is challenging a U.S. Department of Commerce ruling excluding Chinese nails that are sold inside tool kits from the scope of an anti-dumping duty order.
