Movie Gallery Seeks Probe Into Ex-Worker's Conduct

Law360, New York (October 11, 2010, 1:18 PM EDT) -- Movie Gallery Inc. has asked a bankruptcy judge to appoint an examiner to investigate a former employee who allegedly attempted to trade confidential information to a potential buyer of a portion of the company’s assets in return for a job.
