Stimulus Reporting Near 100% Compliance, OMB Says

Law360, New York (October 11, 2010, 3:26 PM EDT) -- All but a fraction of the prime recipients of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds who were required to file a report last quarter did so, and the government will be aggressively pursuing the handful of recipients who failed to file, the U.S. Office of Management and Budget has said.

Only 352 of 74,244 prime recipients required to file reports last quarter failed to do so — a 99.5 percent participation rate, according to a Friday posting on the OMB's blog.
