Federal Circuit Affirms District Court's Ruling For Fisher-Price Vs. Safety 1st

Law360 (August 19, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has affirmed a district court jury's finding that Dorel Industries’ Safety 1st unit infringed two patents held by toymaker Mattel Inc.’s Fisher-Price unit, and said another product should be considered when a new jury calculates damages.
