Japan's DeNA Buys Game Co. Ngmoco For $400M

Law360, New York (October 12, 2010, 6:26 PM EDT) -- Japanese Internet company DeNA Co. Ltd. announced Tuesday that it was buying video game maker Ngmoco Inc. for $400 million, making it the world's biggest producer of mobile social games.

Shareholders and employees at Ngmoco will receive $300 million in cash and securities and are entitled to an additional $100 million more if certain performance goals are reached through the end of 2011, Ngmoco said on Tuesday.
