Getting Ready For A 1-Size-Fits-All OCI Solution

Law360, New York (October 20, 2010, 5:15 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Defense issued proposed rules earlier this year to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) relating to organizational conflicts of interest (OCIs). 75 Fed. Reg. 20954 (April 22, 2010). Although the DOD has not yet issued the regulations in final form as of this writing, the DOD is considering comments and contractors should be preparing now for issuance of the final rules.
