Respiration Systems Are Made In Sweden, CBP Rules

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 12:26 PM EDT) -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection has ruled that the country of origin for a type of respirator made by 3M Co. is Sweden for the purposes of U.S. government procurement, and that the inclusion of a battery charger made in Germany does not change that determination.
