Cobalt Released From Sepracor Suit Over Sleep Drug

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 12:28 PM EDT) -- Cobalt Pharmaceuticals Inc. has become the latest generics maker to reach a resolution with Sepracor Inc. in ongoing litigation accusing a litany of pharmaceutical companies of infringing patents covering the sleep medication Lunesta.

Judge Dennis M. Cavanaugh of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on Tuesday signed off on a stipulation of dismissal without prejudice between the parties.
