DocMagic, Ellie Mae To Tweak Claims In Software Spat

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 2:08 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing an antitrust and copyright infringement dispute over a software vendor agreement between loan-document preparation services provider DocMagic Inc. and loan origination system developer Ellie Mae Inc. has trimmed both parties' pleadings, ordering them to replead several defective claims and counterclaims.
