DOC To Keep Duties On Water Treatment Chemical

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 12:55 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Administration has voted to keep in place anti-dumping duties of up to 286 percent on imports of chlorinated isocyanurates, a water treatment chemical, shipped from China and Spain.

The U.S. Department of Commerce published its findings in the Federal Register on Wednesday, saying that revoking the duty orders would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping.
