2nd Circ. Queries Coty On Options Grant For Ex-CFO

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 3:37 PM EDT) -- Federal appeals court judges said in a hearing Wednesday that Coty Inc.’s disputed stock option award to former Chief Financial Officer Michael Fishoff appeared arbitrary, possibly undercutting the beauty products firm’s efforts to snuff out a contract suit claiming the dismissed executive deserved more.
