Juniper Networks Sued Over Source Filtering Patent

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 7:06 PM EDT) -- Juniper Networks Inc. has been slapped with a lawsuit by patent-holding company Fenner Investments Ltd., which accuses Juniper of willfully infringing a patent related to source filtering in communications networks.

Fenner filed its complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Tuesday, naming Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Juniper as the sole defendant.
