Payroll Execs Bilked $20M From SanDisk, Others: Feds

Law360, New York (October 14, 2010, 1:26 PM EDT) -- Two executives at Long Island, N.Y.-based payroll company Ingentra HR Services Inc. have been charged with bilking SanDisk Corp., Sacramento County, Calif., and others of more than $20 million that was meant for tax payments.

Ingentra CEO Albert Cipoletti and Comptroller Kerry Seaman were hit with a criminal information Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. Court documents indicated they were charged with wire fraud violations.

Ingentra, formerly known as Humanic Solutions Inc., provided payroll services to employers throughout the country....
