Cadwalader Partner Joins Goldman Sachs

Law360 (March 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Goldman Sachs International has hired the managing partner of Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP’s London office to lead its growing European restructuring team, the investment firm said Thursday.

Andrew Wilkinson will share managing director duties with Lachlan Edwards, co-head of the firm’s European restructuring practice. They will head up a team of about five in Goldman’s London office, and work closely with their counterparts based in New York.
