Mattel Launches Partial Summary Bid In Bratz IP Case

Law360, New York (October 15, 2010, 2:04 PM EDT) -- Mattel Inc. is asking for partial summary judgment in its bitter intellectual property feud with rival toy maker MGA Entertainment Inc. over Bratz dolls, amid a new salvo of trade secret theft and evidence-hiding accusations between the two companies.

The partial summary judgment filings on Tuesday with the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California were under seal and not immediately available.
