Objections Filed Against Old GM Plan

Law360, New York (October 15, 2010, 4:08 PM EDT) -- The former General Motors Corp.’s disclosure statement and liquidation plan are facing new opposition in the form of three objections filed by a group of noteholders seeking clarification of their claim, asbestos claimants who say they are not included in the plan and the U.S. trustee overseeing the company’s bankruptcy.
