Pearlman Sales Agent Gets 1 Year For Mail Fraud

Law360, New York (October 15, 2010, 2:40 PM EDT) -- Samuel Troncalli has been sentenced to a year and a day in federal prison for his role in boy-band impresario Lou Pearlman’s $300 million Ponzi scheme.

Judge Mary Scriven of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida sentenced Troncalli Thursday, following his guilty plea, to one count of mail fraud in July.
