Hedge Funds Fight For $250M In Late Lehman Claims

Law360, New York (October 15, 2010, 4:56 PM EDT) -- A group of hedge funds sought on Friday to overturn a bankruptcy judge’s order shutting the door on roughly $250 million in contract-related claims against Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., contending they were unfairly left out of the loop before a filing deadline.
