Nigerians Win Discovery Bid In Suits Over Pfizer Trials

Law360, New York (October 15, 2010, 6:02 PM EDT) -- Nigerian families suing Pfizer Inc. over allegedly illegal meningitis drug testing on their children have won conditional permission to obtain testimony from a company employee about the 1996 experiments.

Judge William H.
