Supreme Court Declines BNY's Dispute With Trustee

Law360, New York (October 18, 2010, 1:58 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear Bank of New York Mellon Corp.’s challenge to a ruling that cleared the way for the liquidation trustee for Sentinel Management Group Inc. to sue the financial services firm on behalf of Sentinel investors allegedly defrauded of hundreds of millions of dollars.
