Existence Genetics Hits Wilson Sonsini With Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (October 18, 2010, 2:30 PM EDT) -- Existence Genetics LLC has filed a $100 million fraud and breach of contract suit against Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC that claims Vern Norviel, a partner in the law firm's intellectual property group, agreed to represent the Los Angeles-based predictive medicine company in patent prosecution despite representing a direct competitor.
