Forest Service Fends Off Construction Contract Suit

Law360, New York (October 18, 2010, 7:45 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled against United Constructors LLC in a suit it brought against the government over work United did for the U.S. Forest Service, rejecting the company's argument it deserved more money because it had to deal with more small boulders than it expected and because of delays allegedly caused by the Forest Service.
