Cunningham Claims New Evidence In LearJet Suit

Law360, New York (October 19, 2010, 5:12 PM EDT) -- Citing what it calls new evidence, Cunningham Charter Corp. has asked a judge for leave to amend its product liability, fraud and breach of contract suit against LearJet Inc. over alleged windshield and other failures on an $8 million aircraft that, according to the plaintiff, came with a “nose to tail” warranty.
