Ex-DuPont Chemist Says Hubris Drove Secrets Theft

Law360, New York (October 19, 2010, 12:32 PM EDT) -- A former chemist at DuPont USA who pled guilty to stealing trade secrets related to light-emitting diode technology in violation of an employment pact wants a reduced sentence, saying the theft was motivated not by profit or greed but by his own hubris.
