Turkish Steel Cos. Assigned 14.74% Dumping Margin

Law360, New York (October 19, 2010, 12:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued the final results of a review on the current anti-dumping duty order on carbon steel pipe and tube from Turkey, reassigning one exporter the “all others” rate after finding that it had not made any shipments during the review period.
