Law360, New York (October 19, 2010, 5:53 PM EDT) -- The city of Little Rock, Ark., has won summary judgment on the last remaining claim in an employment class action brought by police officers who said they should be paid overtime for missed meal breaks and time spent putting on uniforms, cleaning and polishing shoes and belts, and traveling to and from work.
