DOJ Seeks Deposition Delay In Air Cargo MDL

Law360, New York (October 20, 2010, 6:02 PM EDT) -- The Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice is looking to jump into multidistrict litigation accusing a slew of airlines of fixing air cargo shipping prices, asking the court for a five-month stay of depositions in the case to avoid conflicts with its own criminal investigation.
