Ernst & Young Litigation Chief Heads To Orrick

Law360, New York (October 20, 2010, 3:10 PM EDT) -- The former head of litigation for Ernst & Young LLP has joined the New York office of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP as a partner in the firm's securities litigation and regulatory enforcement practice.

Orrick announced Tuesday the arrival of Robert G. Cohen, who supervised 20 attorneys in three offices at Ernst & Young while serving as its senior deputy general counsel and head of litigation.
