Chinese Co. Challenges Tissue Paper Dumping Rate

Law360, New York (October 20, 2010, 5:53 PM EDT) -- Chinese paper producer Max Fortune (FZ) Paper Products Co. Ltd. has sued the U.S. government, challenging a 112.64 percent dumping margin on tissue paper.

The U.S. Department of Commerce should have considered documentation provided by Max Fortune when calculating the rate, and should have used labor data from India, according to an eight-page complaint lodged Tuesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade.
