Commerce Hits Chinese Sodium Co. With 82% Duty

Law360 (October 21, 2010, 4:52 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has released the results of its first anti-dumping duty administrative review of sodium hexametaphosphate from China, hitting Hubei Xingfa Chemical Group Co. Ltd. with a margin rate of 82.62 percent.

Hubei Xingfa, the only respondent participating in the review, sold the subject merchandise below normal value during a period of review from Sept. 14, 2007, through Feb. 28, 2009, according to a notice published Wednesday in the Federal Register.
