Macronix, Spansion Settle Trademark Suit

Law360, New York (March 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Almost exactly a year after the suit was filed, Macronix International Co Ltd. has reached a settlement with Spansion Inc. in a trademark infringement lawsuit over flash memory chips.

The agreement, announced Sunday, settles the dispute and all litigation, Macronix said in a statement. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
