EU Regulators Delay Decision On Greek Airline Merger

Law360, New York (October 21, 2010, 1:34 PM EDT) -- European antitrust regulators have pushed their decision on a proposed merger between Greece's two largest airlines, Aegean Airlines SA and Olympic Air SA, from December to January.

The European Commission was slated to conclude its review of the deal by Dec. 7, but it has extended the deadline to Jan. 12, according to a statement released Thursday.
