Atty's Loss In Suit Over Williams Wyckoff Split Upheld

Law360, New York (October 21, 2010, 6:13 PM EDT) -- A Washington state appeals court has affirmed that Williams Wyckoff & Ostrander PLLC did not tortiously interfere with the business of an axed name partner who opened a new practice in the same building as the workers' compensation firm.

The Washington Court of Appeals affirmed Tuesday a summary judgment ruling for Williams Wyckoff on claims of breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with business expectancy, unjust enrichment and violation of the Washington Consumer Protection Act.
