2nd Circ. Revives VIM Counterfeit Jeans Suit

Law360, New York (October 22, 2010, 6:10 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has reinstated a lawsuit by the operator of the V.I.M. retail chain claiming that a supplier of allegedly counterfeit Rocawear jeans violated the Lanham Act by falsely representing to potential buyers that V.I.M. was a satisfied customer.
