Calif. Ordered To Revisit Refusal To Protect Pika

Law360, New York (October 21, 2010, 3:10 PM EDT) -- A California judge has ordered the state’s Fish and Game Commission for the second time to study whether the American pika has been driven near extinction by global climate change and whether the small rodent requires protection under California’s Endangered Species Act.
