Sens. Question Enviro Review Of Keystone Pipeline

Ben Nelson, D-Neb., and Mike Johanns, R-Neb., are raising red flags over recent hints from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that the U.S. may soon approve plans for the Keystone XL fuel pipeline, saying officials' hurry to greenlight the project may damage the integrity of its review.
