Law360, New York (October 22, 2010, 1:51 PM EDT) -- A California citizens group and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency have reached a tentative settlement in a suit accusing the regulator of dragging its feet on issuing an approval decision on the state's plan to regulate fine particulate matter in the San Joaquin Valley.
Judge William Alsup of U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Thursday ordered that the settlement be filed by Nov. 30.
