Law360, New York (October 22, 2010, 3:49 PM EDT) -- Two citizens who brought a previously dismissed qui tam suit alleging Blackstone Medical Inc. violated the False Claims Act by bribing doctors to use its surgical products have shot back at the medical supplier in their bid for a federal appeals court to reinstate their case.
