Chinese Cos. Allowed To Jump Into Wire Decking Suit

Law360, New York (October 25, 2010, 7:19 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has allowed two affiliates of a Chinese exporter to participate in a suit brought by U.S. producers of wire decking challenging a U.S. International Trade Commission decision that Chinese imports have not hurt the domestic industry.

Judge Donald C. Pogue of the U.S. Court of International Trade on Monday approved a motion to intervene filed by Dalian Eastfound Metal Products Co. Ltd. and Dalian Eastfound Material Handling Products Co. Ltd.
