Wendy's Can't Shake Franchisee Suit Over Suppliers

Law360, New York (October 26, 2010, 4:21 PM EDT) -- Wendy's International Inc. has again failed to fry a breach of contract and antitrust suit filed by a franchise owner who says he wasn't warned that he'd be forced to buy hamburger buns and food supplies only from vendors approved by the fast food chain.
