Hells Angels Pick Fight With McQueen, 2 Retailers

Law360, New York (October 26, 2010, 2:11 PM EDT) -- The Hells Angels Motorcycle Corp. has chosen a federal courthouse as the venue for its latest brawl, hurling allegations that fashion company Alexander McQueen Trading Ltd. and two retailers are infringing the biker club's trademarks with their jewelry, apparel and accessories.
