EU High Court Urged To Nix €3M ThyssenKrupp Fine

Law360, New York (October 26, 2010, 4:32 PM EDT) -- An adviser on Tuesday urged the European Union's highest court to overturn a €3.17 million ($4.5 million) antitrust fine against a unit of ThyssenKrupp AG for its alleged role in a conspiracy to fix the price of stainless steel more than 15 years ago.
