Weston Solutions Gets 2nd Shot At $12M Contract

Law360, New York (October 26, 2010, 3:18 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to clarify a decision to exclude Weston Solutions Inc. from negotiating a potential $12 million contract to clean up hazardous wastes, following the company’s bid protest alleging the selection process was flawed.
