Wyeth, Schwarz Escape Reglan Failure-To-Warn Suit

Law360, New York (October 27, 2010, 3:25 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed claims brought by a man injured by generic Reglan against Wyeth Inc. and Schwarz Pharma Inc., the makers of the brand-name version of the acid reflux drug, ruling that they are not liable for pills they did not make.
