ITC To Review Duties On Japanese Chromium

Law360, New York (October 27, 2010, 1:35 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission is considering whether the revocation of an anti-dumping duty order on superalloy degassed chromium from Japan would likely lead to the continuance or recurrence of material injury to the domestic market.

The agency announced in a notice Tuesday the institution of a five-year review of the U.S. Department of Commerce's December 2005 order assigning a final dumping margin of 129.32 percent to these products.
