Executives Bow Out Of Scandal-Addled Juniper

Law360, New York (March 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- On Tuesday, telecommunications equipment provider Juniper Networks announced the departure of executives Robert Dykes and Robert Sturgeon in the wake of its ongoing stock option backdating fiasco and its recent annual report filing.

Juniper, which is engaged in a fight for the market against Cisco Systems Inc., said in a conference call that Dykes, chief financial officer, and Sturgeon, vice president of a Juniper unit, are leaving the company.
