10th Circ. Overturns FCA Award Against ConAgra

Law360, New York (October 27, 2010, 3:22 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has dealt what could be the final blow to a 10-year-old qui tam case brought by a former ConAgra Inc. employee seeking to hold the company liable for violations of the False Claims Act through altering export certificates.
