FWS Wins Row Over Projects' Effect On Calif. Smelt

Law360, New York (October 27, 2010, 6:55 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed two claims the Family Farm Alliance brought challenging a 2008 biological opinion by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service on the impact of government water projects on the delta smelt, a threatened species of fish.
