Apptis Fails To Pry $39M DEA Project From Booz Allen

Law360, New York (October 27, 2010, 6:05 PM EDT) -- Apptis Inc. has failed to overturn the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s decision to award an information technology contract Apptis valued at $39 million to rival Booz Allen Hamilton.

On Tuesday the U.S. Government Accountability Office issued a decision denying Apptis’ protest over Booz Allen’s selection, giving credence to the DEA’s determination that Apptis’ slight technical superiority did not justify the burdensome price of its services.
