2 Chinese Men Face Extradition To US On Arms Charges

Law360, New York (October 27, 2010, 4:58 PM EDT) -- Two Chinese nationals reportedly are awaiting U.S. extradition from Hungary over a charge that they tried to buy a microchip from BAE Systems PLC that was banned by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.

Hungarian police arrested computer industry employee Xian Hongwei and Li Li on Sept. 1 on instructions from the U.S., state-run newspaper the China Daily reported Wednesday, citing the Legal Daily, another state-run paper.
